Min fee of £3,250*Full, All Inclusive Coordination:

Our Standard flat fee is charged and is based on an average size and scale wedding.
We don’t charge a percentage of your overall budget so you can be sure you will pay no more than the flat fee even if your budget increases.

£35 per hour (maximum charge £600)Meeting Attendance and Reporting:

We will establish a clear brief with you for each supplier. We attend the meeting with you and following the meeting we provide you with a meeting report within 48 hours.
This report includes recommendations on how to increase the value you are being provided and if necessary reduce your costs. The meeting report provides a legal record of the meeting and obliges suppliers take your business seriously.

£65 per hour (maximum charge £600)Budgets and Quotes:

We review all your quotes and provide you with advice as to how to increase the value or reduce the quote. We can also negotiate with your chosen suppliers on your behalf.
The savings gained on your behalf are passed back directly to you.

£55 per hour (min fee of £70)Venue Search and Selection:

Struggling to find a venue? We’ll search based on your requirements and supply a shortlist from which you can choose your perfect venue.

£65 per hour (maximum charge £600)Supplier Sourcing and Contract Negotiations:

We know the right questions to ask your supplier to ensure they are the right ones for you.
When you select your supplier, you can bring us on board to negotiate a better deal for you, whether that takes the form of getting you more for less or simply reducing the cost with little or no compromise on what you are requiring.
